Lavendar

Lavendar is by far one of the most popular essential oils. I use it for so many things: migraines, burns, laundry, to calm Ruby (my tiny chihuahua), or just to make a room smell nice. It is extremely versatile, and may be used to promote healthy sleep, relieve anxiety, inflammation, and may help sooth burns.

Lavendar is a natural antibacterial and antiseptic. Which means it may destroy bacteria and fight infections. It's also an anti-inflammatory, which may make it fantastic for acne, migraines (it's definitely in my migraine mix), minor burns, cramps, or muscle aches. Lavendar may prevent parasites in pets, as it is a natural insecticide. (I use it on Ruby often) Additionally it is a mild sedative and antidepressant. Lavender is great for sleep or an emotional pick me up!

It has a fresh floral/herbaceous aroma with a calming effect. It is safe for pets, children, and pregnant women. It can be applied straight to the feet.

How do you use lavendar?
