It's been a while since I've highlighted and essential oil (EO), so I decided to feature my absolute fav: peppermint.

If you love EOs, and don't have peppermint, you must add it to your collection. If you are starting to experiment with EOs, start with peppermint and lavender (to be featured next).

Peppermint may oxygenate the blood relieving stress, migraines, pain. Dilute with a carrier oil and apply on temples or place you have pain. It is fantastic as relieving nausea or a stuffy nose if diffused.

Have you tried peppermint? What do you think?

Are you new to EOs? Let me know and I can help you get started or make some suggestions.
